WASHINGTON (Reuters) – U.S. Transportation Secretary Elaine Chao mentioned Monday that U.S. regulators are “very carefully” reviewing the deadly crashes of two Boeing Co 737 MAX 8 planes.
Chao mentioned she fulfilled with the Federal Aviation Administration’s carrying out chief to review”both Sunday’s Ethiopian Airways crash and October’s Lion Air crash and to look at with “what are attainable paths heading in advance… I want individuals to be assured that we take into account these incidents, these incidents amazingly noticeably.”
